Program details and rules for text message communications from AutoCapture.ai.

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and apply to any text message (SMS) communications you receive from AutoCapture.ai. By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

AutoCapture.ai operates a customer care, service-notification, and lead-engagement text messaging program for our clients across multiple industries including automotive and financial services. The program is intended to keep contacts informed about their campaigns, appointments, and account. Message categories include:

  • Appointment scheduling and reminder messages
  • Campaign launch, performance, and renewal alerts
  • Educational content and webinar invitations relevant to your inquiry
  • Billing and account notifications
  • Customer support responses to your inquiries
  • Occasional service updates relevant to your account

We do not send promotional marketing offers to mobile numbers without your prior express written consent.

2. Opt-In and Consent

You opt in to SMS communications by providing your mobile phone number on our contact form at autocapture.ai/contact and checking the consent box. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the contact form or purchase any product or service. You may also opt in by texting START to the AutoCapture.ai messaging number from which you received a message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

By opting in, you authorize AutoCapture.ai to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provided using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice. You certify that the number you provided belongs to you and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service plan and interactions with us. Typically, you receive no more than 8 messages per month. During an active campaign launch, appointment cycle, or support conversation, you may receive more frequent messages temporarily.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START to a message from us or re-submit your consent on our contact form.

For help with your account or our SMS program, reply HELP to any message, email cody@autocapture.ai, or call 937-545-3159. Support is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

6. Carrier Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and received from AutoCapture.ai. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages according to your wireless plan. AutoCapture.ai does not charge you directly for SMS messages. Check your carrier plan for details.

7. Delivery and Availability

We use third-party providers, including Twilio Inc., to deliver SMS messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, received, or displayed in a timely manner, and delivery may be affected by carrier routing, network availability, device settings, or other factors outside our control. The program is available to mobile numbers within the United States.

8. Your Mobile Number

You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes. If your number changes, you must opt in again from the new number. We are not liable for messages sent to a number you no longer own.

9. Privacy

Information we collect in connection with SMS communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS data. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
